One bedroom apartments: ~704 sq ft Two bedroom apartments: ~936 sq ft Three bedroom suites: ~1208 sq ft
- What is the length of the lease term?
Prices are based on a 12-month lease. A six-month lease term is also possible.
- What amenities does the building feature?
Seasonal outdoor pool (May–September), recreational facilities, shopping nearby, highway access, on-site management, outdoor parking.
- Do you have balconies?
Yes — all apartments have private balconies.
- Are families permitted?
Yes — the building is family-friendly.
- Are pets permitted?
Yes — Bonaventure Meadows is pet-friendly.
- How can I arrange a viewing?

- How can I apply for a suite?
Complete the online application form; a credit check and letter of employment are required.
- How do I contact the rental office?
Office located on the main floor at 127-2228 Trafalgar Street. Business hours: Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm.
- What if I have an emergency after hours?
For life-threatening emergencies dial 911. For after-hours property management, call 519-659-6629 or 519-670-8846 (forwarded to staff cell phones).
- Can I have roommates? How many people can live in each suite?
Studio: limited to one person One bedroom: one person or one couple Two bedroom: up to two persons, two couples, or family All persons must be declared on the Lease Agreement.
Costs and Payments
- Are utilities included in the rent?
The cost of heat, water, and electricity is not included in the rent.
- How much is the rent?
Competitive rental rates vary based on both the size and style of the suite. Visit the site's rates section for details.
- How much is the Security Deposit?
The security deposit is the same amount as one month's rent.
- Do I need renters' insurance?
Yes — all tenants must provide proof of renters' insurance.
- Is parking available/included in the rent?
On-site outdoor parking and visitor parking are available.
- How can I pay my rent?
Payment options include debit, Visa, MasterCard, cheque, or money order; auto-pay with post-dated cheques is available.
