• I/We hereby represent that all statements made in this application are true and I/we hereby authorize Bonaventure Meadows to conduct a personal credit check and investigation, and to personally contact any person identified on this form. In the event that Bonaventure Meadows is not able to obtain an accurate or satisfactory credit report, or should any information supplied herein be found in the opinion of Bonaventure Meadows to be false or misleading, I understand that Bonaventure Meadows may at its sole discretion decline my application.
• In order for Bonaventure Meadows to comply with Federal and/or Provincial privacy legislation, I/We understand that all personal information collected from me/us on this application form or during the course of tenancy may be collected, used and disclosed by Bonaventure Meadows for the purpose of my/our application assessment, for the purpose of debt collection, to uphold and maintain the rules and regulations of the property, to evaluate my/our tenancy, to comply with applicable law and in the ordinary course of Bonaventure Meadows business, including, but not limited to, any refinancing or potential sale of the property and normal dealings with providers of utilities and other like services.
• I/We understand that NO PETS are allowed without prior written consent of the Landlord. All pets have been declared on this application. No exotic, dangerous or farm animals — including, but not limited to: snakes, ferrets, tarantulas, scorpions, lizards, pig, chickens, vicious breed dogs and non-domesticated felines — are allowed under any circumstances.
Insurance
a) I/We hereby agree to maintain an all risk and comprehensive insurance policy to insure our effects against loss from water, fire, theft and third party liability insurance.
b) I/We hereby waive and release the Landlord from any liability or loss to any persons or property which occurs in connection with the Apartment, the Building and its facilities, the grounds and parking lot (including parkade doors) unless caused by the negligence of the Landlord.
c) I/We hereby agree waterbeds are not permitted.
d) I/We hereby indemnify the Landlord from any damage arising from acts or negligence by other Tenant(s), occupants, contractor(s) and/or guests to the Apartment, the common areas or the property of which they form a part. Within thirty (30) days of possession of the Apartment, the Tenant shall provide proof satisfactory to the Landlord that it has acquired the insurance set out in subparagraphs a) of this Section.
Other
All leaseholders must sign the Lease/Tenancy Agreement prior to taking possession of the suite.
